San Jose Elks Lodge Pool Rules
The Pool at the San Jose Elks is a wonderful place for members to enjoy swimming, water fun and social connection. Over time we have developed a series of Pool Rules which ensure all Elks Members can equally enjoy the pool and area.
• Pool Hours 10:00am – 8:00pm
• The pool is open to Members and their spouses if they have purchased a spousal membership card.
• San Jose Elks Members can purchase a Pool Pass which allows the member to bring immediate family (sons or daughters of member or spouse) to the pool.
• Members may bring guests for a $10.00 per person daily fee. The Pool Attendant will collect the
money for each guest.
• Remember the Lodge is cashless.
• There is a No Drop Off policy. – A Member must be present on pool deck at all times.
• MEMBERS ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF THEIR GUESTS
• No lifeguard on duty – Use the pool at your own risk
• Appropriate swimming attire is required – No Blue Jeans or Cutoffs allowed in the pool
• Children not fully toilet-trained must wear swim diapers and a swimsuit
• Diving, running and rough housing or other inappropriate behavior is prohibited
• Pool toys, swim fins, swim masks, kickboards etc. are permitted in the pool at the discretion of the House Committee or Pool Attendant
• No outside alcoholic beverages may be brought into the pool, Lodge or parking areas as this will jeopardize our liquor license.
• No glass allowed in pool area
• There is no entry into the Lodge in swimming attire or bare feet.
• No one is permitted in the pool if they have a cold, cough, fever, infection, sore or contagious illness of any kind.
• The House Committee may refuse privileges to anyone who violates the pool rules.
